he new cluster development yields 233 lots on streets with curb and gutter, sidewalks that are interconnected with both the internal and multi-modal trail system, street lights, large centrally located active recreational parks with play fields, a central mail pick-up location(s), tot lot and picnic areas, and preserved wooded and wetland areas with a total of 56.64 acres  (43.4%) of interconnected open space.
