Lefty’s Alley and Eats is an over 32,000 square foot family entertainment facility located off of Route 1 in Lewes, Delaware. Solutions IPEM provided boundary and topographic surveying, land planning, a minor subdivision plat, and site engineering services for the project. Working closely with the client, we were able to provide a quick and efficient site design, obtaining engineering approvals approximately 3 months after beginning construction drawing preparation.
